Sometimes this helps with some neck and upper back soreness and pain.

The video states that this landmine upright row variation prioritizes the traps & rear delts - but does it also hit the lateral deltoids in a "meaningful" way? I'm looking to switch out "standard" upright rows with this landmine version as a more joint friendly alternative. Obviously this switch would be contingent on whether or not the movement is effective for side delts. Please advise. Thank you :)

Your second method worked great for iron plates but I had to use your first method for 25kg bumper plates. Both really helpful methods - thank you. 👍

Thank you for sharing. There are several companies making these types of adaptive pins, which you may want to compare for consumers!

Do let the bar drift behind your head and don't keep your arms perpendicular to the floor. This will put a greater stretch and activation on the long head.

As you said in the video, for the overhead press my knuckles should be pointing up. Is that the same for the bench press or is there a different benchmark I should use to check my form. Thanks

"Bench mark" - that's punny! I aim to achieve the same positioning personally.

Haha, just hold the bar. This must be a joke.😂
@bengrahamfitnesssolutions3 жыл бұрын
Not a joke. It's actually a great implement. I use the sleeve of the bar as well, however the grip required as per the diameter of the sleeve can limit how effectively a lifter can target the back as primary!

First and I hate belts would only use on a heavy heavy lift
@bengrahamfitnesssolutions3 жыл бұрын
I'm also not a huge fan of using belts. If I do use them, it's on top end sets of deadlifts.
