What a great collection of scenes in this video! From the opening shot of the church and the long shot of Trump tower. The scene with the red building and the way you capture the sun peaking through the trees is perfection! Definitely one of my favorites from this creator!

This is why I moved to Chicago. It's gorgeous! It's a big city that's not too crowded and surprisingly clean. Yeah, we have crime. So does most major cities. But we're not number one by a long shot (pun intended😄) So come, visit, eat, shop, play, work and all that!

I really like this walking video. Perfect capturing of DT Chicago in the summer. I love how you pan the camera around, up and down, so we can experience the total surroundings. The shot down the river is iconic!

Making this video, I learned that some old skyscrapers were demolished, including the world earliest one. But I’m glad most/many early skyscrapers are preserved.

@@PerpetualSolivagant I'm born in Europe and I love how walkable it is unlike most other towns in the USA. It also has great places like the lakefront and great access to Chicago. It's also a very nostalgic place for me :)

You spent half of your video showing residential streets and stores on Broadway that is NOT Boystown. Boystown now called NorthHalsted is a stretch on Halsted 3200 North to 3800 north where Halsted Street ends.

My title says “Walking Boystown/Northalsted”. It means I walk on Boystown and the views are not necessarily limited to Boystown. I use Google Map’s definition of Boystown.

Interesting new video from this creator. Great opening scene looking down the river. We see a more "industrial" side of Chicago. It's great to see the contrast and proximity of the gleaming downtown with these areas. Great , authentic video of Chicago. Love it!
