Hey heres an idea, stay out of other peoples business, especially when its about relationships between two consenting adults, you pack of weirdos. Focus on your own life. Hold that up to scrutiny.

I have little faith in Tim Burton right now he just hasn't been relevant in a while. If he surprises me with this great! But not holding my breath. Though my favorite of his is relatively new I love Sweeny Todd. Fits his style but not his creation it was a perfect match. Probably his darkest film as well.

Rejections and unemployment is very high in Hollywood. So the easiest way to get movie roles is to marry a director or produce and they cast them in movies. It’s a standard practice in Hollywood to climb up the ladder. Marry your way into the industry. I’m pretty sure he was the one who pursued her. He didn’t care how old she was as he knew she will help him boost his acting career.

Running your audio through a High-Pass filter (using an EQ to remove low frequencies below around 90Hz) will really help smooth out / remove plosives ('P' and 'B' sounds that create loud pops against the diaphragm of the microphone). No doubt watching back on a phone or laptop these plosives are not noticeable, but if watching with good speakers or headphones these low frequency pops are quite distracting.

As disgusting as their relationship is, they are legal adults and there is nothing any of us can do about it, so what's the point in even discussing it? He's legally allowed to choose who he wants and he's clearly chosen her.

she deserves every ounce of criticism she gets but men date incredibly young girls ALL THE TIME with zero criticism. me thinks a lot of the hate from women boils down to feeling like an ugly older woman shouldn’t have the romantic interest of a younger attractive man.

I'm gonna be honest, Taylor Swift is a terrible actress, Lady Gaga's acting roles are good because one is a similar to her life, another (countless) has been written for her, Harry Styles being portrait as a bad guy/boy or villain in general is cringey af, he should stop, dua lips? Didn't know she wasn't even there, lily rose depp? Nepotism, the weeknd? Why being obsessed with yt girls, Shawn mendez, boring as his music

Well said. Definitely true for lead roles. I found especially in the past, supporting roles were more flexible as they'd tend to cast a "type" or stereotype. ex. fat kid as bully, immigrants as bad guys, and poc as criminal's. hmm hollywood has always been awful? lol

I've pretty much shunned remakes, sequels, and live action remakes. I know that makes me pretty close minded and I may actually miss something good. Remakes aren't a new concept, it's just I feel there is no creativity and these movie execs do it just to squeeze every last penny. What do I do??
@Patrick-fm5dk4 күн бұрын
Bob Dylan has acted very sporadically since his small role in the Western “Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid”, and Levon Helm from Dylan’s sometime backing band The Band acted in various films starting with “Coal Miners Daughter”. Also singer-songwriter Kris Kristopherson and Roger Daltrey from The Who have had extensive acting careers. And Aaliyah was starting branching out into acting just before her tragic death. Plus John Lennon was in one film “How I Won The War “.

People need to understand that Charlie and the Chocolate factory is NOT a remake of Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory, is an adaptation OF THE BOOK, same as the first movie, the difference is that the Burton one is more faithful to the book than the Wilder one. He said it, it’s not a remake, it’s an adaptation, another adaptation, he turned to the book for the making of the movie, not the first movie, which to me is atrocious btw. If you read the book, you’ll realize how faithful of an adaptation it is.

This might seem weird but Wikus from District 9 is the first that comes to mind. He's wimpy, scrawny and commits some atrocities to the aliens. He's overall flawed and lacks a spine but he learns to adapt to his situation and is honest about his sins. The film did a good job making me believe that he could accomplish what he later does in the film. He's not stereotypically manly like the villains but he didn't need to be.

His two best films are Ed Wood and Sleepy Hollow and after that it was all downhill with a couple exceptions like Corpse Bride and Sweeney Todd.

i genuinely dont understand how people still argue if she groomed him or not. she did. its not "allegations". its literally exactly what happened. like she did the textbook definition of grooming. if you look up groomer in the dictionary her picture would show up. the only reason its debated is because shes a woman and hes a younger man. i hope aaron gets outta there and finds someone whos not predatory towards him

saying "no CGI" is a deliberate marketing gimmick by the studios to get free marketing from "[insert movie here] is going all practical FX!" articles. They do use CG but it's meant to be invisible, so "no CGI" is actually just "invisible CGI".

Taylor Swift also dated a 16-year-old in her twenties (conor kennedy) right after the death of his mother, when he would've been emotionally vulnerable and susceptible to manipulation. Then she also dated multiple other teens, despite claiming she couldn't consent to a relationship with John Mayer at 19. There shouldn't be double standards for female abusers or male victims. I've been targeted by female abusers, and they can be just as dangerous.

Also John Mayer was 31 when he dated a 19 year old. I'd say a 22 year old dating an 18 year old is quite different than that. I'm 21 and sometimes I forget I'm not in school anymore. I don't feel any more mature than I was at 18 or 19 just more depressed lol
