For practical reasons, Ironhide should never rely so much on RNG. I hate with passion with RNG of 10% or 5% chance of dealing extra damage (look at you rune of power, Mass critical and Templar's abilities). F it. Just give immediately 10 sec reduction to soul impact or extra same-stat unit to reinforcements. Problem solved. Why RNG? Strategies don't rely on luck all the time. Only 2, 3 times of luck are enough. Luck is fickle and unreliable. I only accept RNG >60%. Lower than that and screw it, I'm out.

@@Voduke789 Well, the math reason is 60% chance simply the threshold chance for an attack can express its special ability in 3 out of 5 attacks. With 60%, that attack have 40% chance of not having special ability. The chance for all 5 attacks consecutively fail to have special ability is 40% to the 5rd power (1,024%). => The slowest attack speed in all KR games is 3,5 sec. The worst scenario (1,024%) is that i have to lose 5 attacks consecutively (17,5 sec) which don't have any special ability. But the chance of failure is so low (<2%) (and 17,5 sec can be an okay cooldown) , it is acceptable to have that scenario. => There is 98,976% chance of any attack out of 5 attacks to have special ability. (Extremely high chance and lower cooldown) Considering to stall enemy and for the usual attack range fo 3,5 sec attack, a special ability will occurs on the enemy in less than 17,5 s in most scenarios. (98,976%) I can tolerate that, but I will prefer have better and guarantee options.

I calculated the sentinel dps to be 24 (18-36×10shot/10s), it's actually more cost efficient than buying another HEM. Which cost 810 gold for 43 dps. My calculation might be wrong so idk. I've just learned that HEM dps is strictly worse than wild magus, this tower is pretty pointless.

A beautiful list, ive watched this twice now, and while its disheartening to learn of Razz & Rags low placment (Especially since the Grosh update vid lol) its so captivating and interesting to learn on this stuff. You put in tons of effort, and you deserve way more subs.

I know the templars will be a bottom tier tower, but that doesn’t change the fact that they are the sexiest tower in the series.

@@minigundozer14 well... Their, abilities are overpriced. They lack heavy armor unlike paladins. 2 out of three abilities are RNG based while the paladins only had one. Those RNG abilities aren't even that good to begin with. holy grail doesn't even heal them to full health if they revive. and they have a slower attack speed than other barracks (for some reason). And most damning of all... Assassins simply preform better. Hell, in some cases they can tank better with their dodging skills and cheaper abilities, but they also have instakills! It hurts me, it really does. the templars are so amazing design and voice line-wise, but they are just worse paladins. I'm pretty sure voduke himself said something along the lines of "their not like paladins, which makes them bad" or something like that during a previous stream (I think it was the wild disrespecting the rotten forest stream) where he said that. Sorry about the short essay, I am very passionate for the templars.
