I've got a restored Wayne 60 that I just inherited a few months ago. I have not had time to investigate what I need to get the light globe working on top, as well as the internal light around the center. You opened up your pumps and now I realize what I have to do to get this all lit up. Thanks a bunch - love all your videos. Good stuff!

As a 26 year old who owns a 59 El Camino and four fifth generation El Caminos, I’m glad to see more and more of the first generation rigs out there being worked on and fixed up. They may always have rotted floors, but they look solid from the outside! 😂 My 59 has new floor pans but other than that and the eyebrows of the hood, no rust!

I love the car. My Dad had a 1960 his father bought in 1960,, A Biscayne.. He kept it until 1967 and traded it in for a 1967 Biscayne. His father passed away months after buying his 60, so that is how my dad got it.

Those sediment bowls have cork gaskets that really need to be constantly wet. Once they dry out you’ll have to replace them. Fortunately even now they are cheap and readily available.
