I had a hydroceil in one of my testes when I hit 18. The doctor I went to had to cut it open, drain it, and it took 3 weeks to heal. To this day the affected teste still sits at an odd angle and above the other teste. It's made me wonder for years if I had testicular torsion, but it's seems just a side affect of having to cut it open and drain it.
