This is so crazy. My friend has an OC named Lightbringer in a superhero analogue horror series I’m working on! Though, the fact I don’t have a filming camera or artistic skills makes it difficult 😅

After digesting this video over the last few days I have to say I'm impressed with how in depth you went with this and it had a ton of interesting insight into Linkara, and lewis as a person. Great video and has been added to my rotation of videos to help me sleep.

I was actually a fairly big fan of Linkara way back in the day. But he started getting too political for me. That's basically what happened to TGWTG in general. There are very few creators from that site I didn't stop watching because of them starting to shove politics into the shows. I to watch about half of them. It's the same thing with Movie Bob. I was a pretty big fan of Game Overthinker until he went off the deep end.

The first few books are so laughably pretentious. Clearly from the mind of a naive college kid who had yet to live in the real world. Evil Villain: “You think good is good and bad is bad. Hehe. Man, it’s almost funny how Lewis had his character go on extremely long winded arguments and they all boil down to the conclusion that ‘good is good and bad is bad’. Dora the Explorer gets that message across much better and faster. 😂

I’m actually in pain at 1:15:00 This actually physically hurts to hear, it had so much potential but then he just nukes it from orbit in the most cringe way possible.

I will always respect the fact that you always go in to detail with every subject on an iceberg chart, as oppose to just giving the basics and skimming on forward. It really sets you apart from the countless other channels on YT that skim through an iceberg chart within 30 minutes or so.

something ive noticed is that lightbringer's costume says absolutely NOTHING about him or his powers like, spider-man has a web pattern on his suit and spiders on the front and back, so even if you didnt know anything about him youd assume his superpowers were spider themed same with green lantern, hes green with a lantern on his chest and wears a ring, so youd assume the ring is important somehow since hes not wearing any jewelry iron man looks like a robot guy, batman's got a bat logo and pointy ears, etc. but the lightbringer's costume doesnt really say anything about his powers or who he is granted its not a BAD costume imo, i like the colors and where they are, but if i were to show someone a picture of the lightbringer and they didnt know anything about him, they probably couldnt guess his superpowers maybe to combat this it could have been more of a dark costume, with gradients of white as if light is shining through the literal darkness of the costume

Having not seen any of the original G1 transformer show, but having watched Transformers Prime and another show I can’t remember which specifically before watching the transformers G1 movie, yeah it’s fantastic and you don’t need the rest of G1, before or after, for much context. If you’ve seen, well, almost any other bit of transformers media that’s more than enough

I think when it comes to historical films, it depends on the intention behind them how important accuracy is some try and portray themselves as real history at which point if they are being inaccurate, that can be pretty damaging to the popular understanding of an event, but Anastasia is very clearly a historical fantasy, though I do want to bring up that at the time it was rumored that princess Anastasia had actually survived, which is why they made the movie, but now we have found proof that she died in the revolution. But yeah, like, I understand why people were so mad at Napoleon, it gets a lot of the history wrong and doesn’t, really portray itself as something other than a historical drama, and on the other hand, you have the death of Stalin, which is portrayed as a comedy first and foremost, but is actually quite historically accurate. Liberties are taken obviously, but truth was stranger than fiction.
