This is a really good video. Lots of action finding the mares, good drone footage, Henson being all chatty, and so on. Best video in a while. What is Jaspers relation again? A nephew or something? I forget. He will be a good cowboy when he gets older.

My fav time of year for Painted Desert videos! New crop of jheart foals! Would love to hear your JHeart wisdom on range vs stall foaling. JHeart seems to have little or no foaling issues, just lots of beautiful healthy babies. In contrast, other channels’ videos of stall foaling seem to have a lot that require human intervention to save the foal and sometimes the mare as well. I’m sure there are advantages and disadvantages of each, but question if even the most capable human can do better than Mother Nature. Just my two cents from the cheap seat. Would love to hear the thoughts of from the JHeart team as well as other viewers.

God dam, that drone footage is something else. Jasper is the top ranch hand on the PDR. The Original Percol River is looking a little dry atm, wont be much swimming going on this summer.

Czar created a nice Sunny .. glad to see white lighting looking good. The mares look great coming out of winter. Their foals are as sweet as can be. Glad silly foal didn't get into the fence any more than it did.
