Thanks I really didn’t want to take off the exhaust manifold. Cut a 14 mm wrench in half and used the bottle jack pipe and a hammer to tap it loose!

Wouldn’t it be easier to file down the part of the camera that holds the film so you wouldn’t have to sand it every time? Are there any downsides to that?

Put the nuts for your wheel back on that helps it stay in place. The other trick I did not really a trick but it helped a ton. Was I sprayed the hell out of the pinch bolt and lower castle nut with penetrant. I did this weeks before I even considered removing them. They did come off pretty easy. I could see the rusted threads with oil on them. So that is the way to do this the easy way.
