I wish folks could experience the tongue-talking Holy Ghost power that frees you AND keeps you from sin. It’s real and there’s nothing like it.

If they would have stopped talking in circle this would have been better. I feel like Kirk was holding back and being conservative. I wanted it to be raw, I was so hyped for this 😢 on to the next one 😊 I still love yall 💕

where is the rest of the episode please? I almost certain that it was not only 31 minutes. We love Unc Kirk when he speaks, when he performs, his presence. All ALWAYS comes from and authentic, transparent, honest, true and real place

I can’t say those that don’t sing gospel are not saved or chosen by God. We bash them and call them demons. Who are we to judge them. We are all children of God and we are called to love everyone. Yes we have some songs that make us cringe but is it possible something in the music pushed a brother to improve his life. We don’t know the purpose of others so don’t tare them down without learning why or their impact on others. I love Kirk. He is the best and my go to no matter what the situation is. His music is in my daughter’s rotation. Keep on pushing on Kirk. We need you.

No one asked because they already know how it feels. They asked because there’s a great deal of responsibility that comes with it.

@TheBasementPodcast please provide scriptural context for his worldly behavior. Also, your agreeing with him is not helping. You sounded like his hype man. It is written in Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins. Titus 1:11-12 For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, especially they of the circumcision:Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. Praying for the both of you. 🙏

Y’all came on here to justify Kirk’s ungodly ways. How about a few public apology and repentance to God? Instead of self justification ? We love you Kirk and we love your music, we hope to see a change. Stop justifying. We all sin and fall short of the glory of God, repent and turn from sin ! ❤

Christians should follow Christ's word and actions, rather than the values and beliefs of the unbelieving world. Stop trying to justify sin, Kirk. Apostle Paul tells us to abandon the chase for pleasure, possessions, and status-to stop living like everyone else. Psalm 4:3(a) But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself. Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Wrong person to interview Kirk. Tim is literally helping Kirk justify his nonsense. Zero accountability here. He's too focused on his self glory and nothing to do with Christ. Matthew 6:24 "I'm too insecure to allow you to forget ME" If this doesn't tell you what you need to know about this man's heart then Idk what else to tell you.

So I hate to ask this question but is Kirk called or is Kirk opportunistic? IDK that any of us have the answer. Kirk is very worried about pleasing others and much less worried about pleasing God. Fame can easily turn into idolatry 😢 No judgement! Pray for him I already have and will continue.

20:31 @kirkfranklin you’re confusing licentiousness with God’s Grace. You’re abusing God’s grace when you keep committing the same sins and when there’s no notable distinction between you and the world.

I wanna to be honest but he is a leader within the Faith. So he will always be under microscope one, also a wise person should be able to take correction. I admire Kirk in many instances, however, he doesn't like to admit when he makes wrong choices. And we all makes choices that can be questioned at times, but take the correction as love make the adjustment and move accordingly within your Faith.
@listah2067
@listah2067 2 сағат бұрын
I agree with you. However, a lot of the verbiage from people isn’t corrections. It’s more condemnation. I see tons of criticism, but not actual correction. Also, not sure how appropriate it is to publicly criticize.
