I was curious, if i want to use oil paints on top of acrylics (like you did in that White Scars jetbike video) do I need to to gloss varnish before using the oils? Asking because i dont own an airbrush and cant even find a rattle can of gloss v.

Luna Wolves; there's an illustration in one of the old HH black books of a Sons Of Horus Legionary in predominantly white armour (with sea green pauldron) IIRC KIA during the battle of Prospero. Always thought the shadows had a hint of purple in them - your recipe would be perfect for a squad or two. Nice work, cheers!

Big robot armies and land trains are a waaaaayyyy cooler aesthetic than anything the 40k Mechanicus has.

Using these exact colors, but no airbrush, the color does not come out anywhere near this. Any tips to help? What am I doing wrong? Should I drybrush?

Friggin love this scheme 💖 If one were to use Evergreen Fog for a SoH scheme, what color would you use for the shadow and for the highlight? Evergreen looks like a great mid tone.
