I'll take the dry heat of the Southwest over the humidity in the Midwest any day. Also, your body cannot really tell the difference between 99 degrees and 110. Once the ambient temperature exceeds your body temp, all your body knows is that it is hot. So, spend some time outside to acclimate. Wear sunscreen. Drink water to replace what you sweat out and if necessary take vitamin supplements to replace what you lose due to the heat. Pretty simple really.

I have witnessed A LOT more racism in the midwest than I have in the southwest. I cannot speak specifically for Phoenix (it is a major metro area afterall) but the smaller towns and cities in Arizona seem to be very tolerant and accepting of minorities whether black, brown, or native American. All I will say about the gun issue is, "shall NOT be infringed." Given that Arizona's gun violence is lower than the national average and quite a bit lower than the rates in more regulated areas, there is little reason to fear gun violence there or at least no more than midwestern states, including Minnesota. Criminals generally do not like it when their targets could be armed, so a lot of potential violent crimes are curtailed because the perpetrators do not want to get shot.

Instead, for a broader 'sampling', maybe go out into the 'less-urban' areas, like Mohave County, the 2nd largest county in the state, where over 3/4's of the pop. are not just 'Red', but hard-core _MAGA_ voters, who still firmly believe in “God, guns and Trump”... and they won't hesitate to 'let you know it'.

I do think those colors look nice on you but just a heads up chat gpt types pretty much everyone as an autumn due to hex codes using overtones.

You look best in neutrals and soft colors of nature in autumn. Bold colors make you look hard. You are definitely a soft color person. Faded jeans, faded tee's, faded hoodies etc. Soft green looks really good. The bolder the color makes you washed out. Stay cool tone. Bold colors gives skin a reddish tone. Dark skin tones wear bold better. Your fair and soft. Stsy softt, cool and nuetral, and faded colors.

Your enthusiasm makes me miss AZ. Good for you, enjoy your experience. There is good & bad in every state. For me I moved there in 97 and watched the weather change, the exponential growth, the expense multiply and by 2020 it was time for me to move on but so glad I was able to see AZ at it’s finest. Get beyond all the building in AZ and it truly is a beautiful state.

I agree with Chat GPT, you are a soft autumn and those lighter muted autumn tones looked great on you. I was having a hard time understanding which sub-season of autumn I was, I wanted to be a soft autumn since I'm more drawn to lighter/softer colors. Well, I stuck my numbers in Chat GPT and it turns out I'm a true autumn lol. Once I read the true autumns palette I see it now, but it can be hard initially to remove ones preferences.

I think Im going to try this now. Color analysis has me feeling like an idiot. xo
