thanks for the info, nice tip on bringing your guests in on your park pass. we have friends visiting for the 4th of July week and want to take them to Galveston state park. we drive an atlas and seats 7... so this will be very helpful to use towards that visit. We are a smaller family of 3, husband/wife and child-6 years old. We never considered purchasing the passes before, but like most things nowadays I believe the pass price is going up too.

I’m gonna be real honest. That area is super creepy. We drive thru there last year at the end of August and there were people obviously living there and claiming spots that were for 2 campers or more. It didn’t seem safe to us so we moved on down the highway.

Thank you for your nice video. I remember growing up in the '60's with the knowledge that a school desk would protect me from a Nuclear detonation. I later served in the Army during the Cold War and went to a special military school (CBR Chemical, Biological, Radiological, the only training I ever had with both Officers and Enlisted training together in the same class. I learned that any of the three classes of weapons would be too terrible to contemplate.

Hear you are in Fort St John !! Are you travelling to Alaska? There is a 12,500 year old cave by Charlie Lake that is a point of interest. Indigenous people were using it dated back to 12,500 years

Now this was a great E-biking video. We went last year with our E-bikes too. What a beautiful experience we had. We parked in curry village & got our lunches at the store & rode to the meadow in front of El Captain. We rode 23 miles that day & we created a memory that will last forever. Yosemite will surely ease our souls & bring a peace to our hearts. Thanks for this video ladies.😉👍

It depends if it's in stock or not. The kayak took about a week, but the Boto took about a month because they were on backorder.

School bus driver here in East Tx. Am finishing up my 6by12by6 cargo trailer build and also chose a portable unit to cool my rig. I installed my exhaust thru the floor. Just subed and hope to one day run into the two of you!!! Blessings to you both!
@TwoTiredTeachers13 күн бұрын
First, we love meeting Texans as we travel, and we're always happy to meet subscribers. Also, putting the exhaust through the floor is a great idea. If your portable AC has a place that drains water, be sure to use a large enough container for the drain. In the FDW area we needed a large Igloo cooler to hold water. In places that aren't so humid a smaller container will do.
@simpligypsi550313 күн бұрын
@@TwoTiredTeachers Ran my exhaust water thru the floor too and plan on collecting that water to wipe down things outside. Ran my Ac in the yard to test it and in two days got 5 gal. Lots of humidity in East Tx right now!
@TwoTiredTeachers13 күн бұрын
@@simpligypsi5503 Great idea. I love that you tested your AC before traveling with it. We had a viewer comment that it should produce hardly any water. That may be true if you are in Phoenix, but in East Texas it's humid.

Hey ladies love your videos, my sister is also a retired teacher. I have a question about the original tucktec. When getting out of it are the sides sturdy enough that you can push down on them to assist you in getting out?
@TwoTiredTeachers13 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching... the 24 version has some reinforcement. Most of the time I use mine for fishing and have a milk crate behind my seat. I use that to help me get out.
