Very Clever, I wonder however if it will cause issues when it's closed up as there's a lot of moisture left under the wooden slats. Will be good to see an update after you've used it for a few months.

Easy cheap substitute? Shower curtain

I would guess that inclines look worse from the inside than the view from outside. Curious with such large tires what pressure you run on the highways and off-road. I carry a 40 volt small battery 12" chain saw for branch problems, but don't know the law for that where you are.

The AC unit is great it saves space on the roof. Not having a roof unit. Question does it have a drain that goes outside?

Savannah and Drew, this is astonishing. I've been a circus photographer for over 12 years, so I've seen a fair view vans, big and small. But what you have achieved here is amazing. My eldest daughter has been a circus performer for 5-6 years now and recently purchased her first van, (about 23' I think) and it doesn't have anything this much smaller vehicle does not. Congrats. How do you get air circulation to stop mold from growing in the covered shower/toilet seat top?

Anytime an air line that is rubber or a rubber fluid line, head to a Hydraulic Hose shop. They can make one in a few minutes. NAPA also in some locations can make them. Diesels should never be shut down immediately when you stop, let it idle for 2-5 mins before you kill it. It always everything cool down and pressure down. On another note, Arizona is very strict on 6” off the road Mudflap Laws. Heavy fines, get them on, (just my 2¢.) Safe Travels

Why not make a window bed for the dogs you can clip in or out. For the car how about a set up like a bunk bed off back wall then they have their own bed

Flextape. Truly stops all leaks that duct tape cannot. Worth carrying. Does not break down with heat either. Xxoo

If your car totally broke down in the middle of nowhere, how would you get rescued? Does AAA come out that far?

Is that hose not the supply for the valve which supplies air to the cylinder which switches lower / higher group on the gearbox ? If you have air coming out of this valve it is well worth checking the group selector cylinder, because these love to leak internally, and then it can happen that you think its the valve but its the group selector cylinder. Ask me how I know.
