I don’t put much stock in so-called hormone disruptors. No offence though. I’m very happy for you.

Very informative video, thank you for sharing this. My grandma had her first baby (my mom) in 1946 at age 31, and her 4th daughter in 1956 at age 41. Back then it wasn’t common to have kids that late in life. My mom had me when she was 19, then had my siblings when she was 21, 23, 24 and 28 ( the youngest was a surprise 😂). I don’t know how my mom survived with 4 kids under 5 years old (the age gap is 2 years between me and my sister, and then it’s 18 months between each of the others, and 4 years 4 days between the youngest two sisters). I have 3 kids with a 3 year 7 month gap between the first and second, and then 19 months between the second and third (surprise baby for me 😂). I was 5 weeks shy of my 27th birthday when my oldest was born, 30 1/2 with my second, and just turned 32 with the youngest. I’ve blinked and my kids are all adults now (26, 28, and 31). I’m hoping my oldest and her husband will start a family soon so I can get a grandbaby 😊

Would you possibly consider sharing what products you switched to that were more natural, and what ingredients you were avoiding that were harmful? This info would be soo helpful! Thanks for sharing your story. Its really encouraging.

I have PCOS and we dealt with infertility for years. I have a 2.5 year old daughter. I truly believe God opens and closes the womb. We tried ovulation drugs with no results. At almost age 38 I conceived naturally. I am so happy for you! You ars absolutely right about the hormone disruptors in the cleaning supplies and soaps etc....

Your family reminds me so much of my grandparents. They had two boys, the first when she was 40 and the second(my dad) at 42. My grandmother also had my aunt in her early twenties with her first huband,so it's not exactly the same story, but it does make me think that in addition to all of the things you did that increased your fertility that some women have an increase in their fertility that springs up in the years before menopause. I have no idea if it's true, but I do wonder.

I wish something like this was around back in the 90's when my kids were little. My oldest had a Teddy Ruxpin that you could put book cassette tapes in and hear Teddy read the story to you while you looked at the book that came with it. But story options were very limited back then. My oldest was very into watching Barney and Shari Lewis & Lamb Chop, and we read books together all the time. At 3 1/2 years old she taught herself to read, and she would read books to her baby sister (at first I just thought she had memorized the stories, but she would read headlines from magazines or newspapers at the store!). All 3 of my kids love reading, probably because we read to them from birth. So it's nice that Wade is very interested in learning new things through the Yoto player.

Your videos are so beautiful and inspiring, you speak so naturally and humbly about all these topics, without focusing on labels like "older mom" yet you don't shy away from it, it just all comes out so beautifully. There are never any cringe overplayed moments in your videos, every sentence just flows. Thanks so much for sharing your life. I'm a late thirties woman hoping to get pregnant and I love to see clips of life of your motherhood and live. Ps. Wayde is just the kindest soul. Can't wait to see when Theo's personality starts to come out more. Love from Berlin, Germany.

Baby number two was definitely another post partum journey for me too. I can highly recommend Pilates, it’s very efficient, rebuild the core from the inside and very difficult to hurt yourself in any way. Pilates really gave me back my body and pelvic floor. It’s also gentle and slow movements which is nice postpartum.

I breastfed all three of my kids exclusively. My oldest stopped just before her 2nd birthday, my middle stopped at 10 months when she started walking and did not want to be tethered down (I even tried pumping and giving it to her in a cup but she was not interested- but I also discovered shortly after that that I was pregnant with baby #3 and maybe the milk tasted different to her?), and my youngest was a month shy of turning 3 years old when they gave it up. They are all grown up now, but I do miss those days of breastfeeding them all and the snuggles. I have to agree with you on the immunity that breastfeeding gives babies. My kids were pretty healthy when they were little, and even when they went to school they avoided a lot of sicknesses. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your breastfeeding journey, all 1200+ days of it, and hopefully it will continue until Theo is 2 or 3 or older.

I'm 58, my kids are 31, 28 (next month), and 26, and I'm still trying to lose that baby weight from my last pregnancy hahaha. Actually I was doing pretty good with losing weight until menopause hit at 50, and then 2020 happened, and it has been a struggle. I try to work out every day, at least Monday through Friday, and do strength training and cardio. There's a lady on KZfaq that I follow who posts workout videos for women over 50, www.youtube.com/@fabulous50s, you should check her out, you might find some workouts you like that are short but give you a good workout. Anyways, it was nice getting an update on how life with two littles has been going for you. Hope to see another video soon!
