When I first heard that line, it reminded me of a WCW promo Dusty did with Dustin in the ring. I can't remember the setup, but Dusty was asking Dustin to be his tag partner for something, and he said something along the lines of "I don't need a handshake, I don't need a contract. All I need is a hug and a kiss and..." and he was trailing off as Dustin put him in a bear hug. As a kid, all the feels. As an adult, all the feels again.

@Homer Griffin They were complaining about the match, I saw nobody complaining about the length of the match. People were butthurt over the match being so violent. Yet, some of these fans want WWE to bring back the "Attitude Era", yeah right. AEW is slowly becoming the attitude era. And hopefully they continue to beat NXT in the ratings, so that WWE can actually start producing good Raw and Smackdown shows.

I love it when Lists span out to other promotions like this. Makes the wrestling world seem so much more alive. Im a true NXT Superfan, But AEW has given me some amazing moments, And NJPW has given me some of my favorite all time wrestling matches and performers. We as wrestling fans are so lucky NXT, AEW and NJPW exist and are at the level they are. And even if i have a favorite, Im thankful for all 3 of them.

I flipping LOVED the grit, the determination to succeed from Mox, I sing this matches praises when asked what match someone should watch to understand the "at any cost" mentality. That being said, I add the asterisk of it being stomach churningly violent. I haven't had any complaints, lol

AEW has 4 PPVs a year versus 12-ish a year in WWE. What I appreciate is that AEW can allow some stories to breathe. It's the adage that Emotion sells and gets me pay for a ticket. My favorite was after the ending of Full's Jericho versus Cody. Cody has become, naturally, a super over babyface and MJF is such a smarmy heel. Jericho's character work has always been so on point. His current entitled, chicken shit heel has been so entertaining that you want to see Jericho get stomped. Jericho has used The Inner Circle to elevate the other faction members as well.

I love WWE, but I completely agree with you, mate. I have to say, WWE has been unnecessarily rushing past stories without the proper buildup. The Riddle-Thatcher feud was done within 4 weeks, Keith Lee lost the title in a month, Charlotte coming and going without any impact. The wrestling there is still great, but unfortunately, NXT is not the same anymore.

The Bucks vs Omega/Page is legitimately the best tag match I've ever seen. It's incredible from top to bottom. The spots, the storytelling, the in-ring psychology, all of it is fantastic. So great!

My favorite match has to be the unsanctioned Death Match between Moxley & Omega. I think I've watched that back about 10 times. It's 40 minutes but it feels like 4. SO MUCH HAPPENS! But the Tag-Match between Omega/Hangman vs. Young Bucks is most definitely the best match in AEW history. Storytelling mixed with phenomenal ringwork. (chef kiss) PERFECTION! I was lucky enough to go to a Dynamite show in October (Omega & I share a bday), it was my first wrestling show & from start to finish it was AMAZING! My brother isn't even a fan and he enjoyed himself a lot that night. A-E-DUB! A-E-DUB!

The Women's title match between Nyla Rose & Riho is my second favorite AEW match to date. I have some kind of passion toward Nyla Rose, & just that factor of thinking I knew she would win helped the intensity immensely. I hadn't felt that intensity for a wrestling match in a long time!

I'll say one of my favorite AEW matches came from AEW Dark of all places. Kenny Omega vs Bad Boy Joey Janela Lights Out No DQ. Showing us that match during the second Dark was perfect because it showed us that Matches on the program they give out for Free on KZfaq actually matter

My favorite is the Moxley Kenny Omega match, it just gave me that "Oh, now this is the Mox that i remember" kind of feeling But personally, my dream match on AEW is Jimmy Havoc vs Moxley. IDK if we will ever get that match (I really want AEW to build Havoc into a more prominent role), but i hope it happens.

Absolutely loved Bucks vs Hangman/Omega, my favorite match of all time (used to be Ciampa vs Black 1), OC vs Pac was tremendous also, Revolution was an all around great PPV

Cody vs Wadrlow was short but fun as hell, that moonsault from the top of the cage is unforgettable. That match where Britt Baker got her nose broke against Shida was great too, underrated. Kenny vs Moxley was so savage and necessary, something that WWE can't deliver.

All of these memorable, nearly perfect matches, have happened in a single company in a single year. AEW signed a 3 year contract with TNT and I can only assume it'll get renewed if they keep up this pace. I cannot understate the effect The Elite will have on the history of wrestling.

Before AEW became a thing I didn't watch much of the Elite's work in Japan, ROH etc., so I wasn't very familiar with Kenny Omega. Of course I knew who he was and what his reputation and accolade is but didn't see him really wrestle before. And goddamn the guy is amazing. The way he moves in the ring, his moveset. Just wow! His matches with Moxley and Pac were amazing! His story with Hangman Page is one of the best things I've seen in wrestling all year (shame that the current situation put that one on hold). And their match at Revolution was outstanding. With that being said: I'm a sucker for good story telling and so my favourite AEW match so far is Cody vs Dustin at Double or Nothing. I really like the way AEW is presented and that they have such a variety of styles on their show. Especially as a fan of Tag Team wrestling you cannot not like AEW.

For me mjf vs Cody at revolution is on my list it is old school heel vs face with the face getting their pound of flesh but the heel still able to sneak away with a cheap win

I MEAN.... I was salty that Cody/Dustin wasn't #1. That's actually my favorite match, like, of all time. But as soon as I saw it at #2 I knew and... yeah. I definitely get it. Would have flipped it though lol.

I will never forget being in the building for Cody vs. Dustin. Not only the greatest match I've ever seen (apologies to Kenneth and Kaz-chan), but one of the greatest experiences of my life. And this is even considering I had to watch almost the entire thing off of the big screen in the corner because everyone was standing. Just absolutely spellbinding stuff.

I don't know if anyone's ever going to read this, but... I was a hardcore WWF watcher from about 1994 to 2004, when I stopped having time. I love all the videos you've ever been the face of. I would love if you made a "10 best Full Matches available on WWE's KZfaq channel" because there are a million videos on that channel, and scrolling through them takes forever, and I don't have the network, and I've checked the random full match here and there, and this just seems like a tailor-made Adam Blampied video list.

There are so many tag matches I cant wait to see now that FTR( The Revival) is in AEW. Them taking on the lucha bros, young bucks, SCU, omega and page, proud and powerful, sabian and havoc, jurassic express, and even le sex gods. So many dream matches!

My personal favorite outside of this list was on the first dynamite in Philly. Tag match between Hangman and Kenny vs Mox and Pac. Put all four over so well and established characters further in the early stages of the tv debut and was just epic the whole time!

The craziest part about this video is that it came out only three weeks ago and it ALREADY needs to be revised. The amount of quality work AEW is putting out is simply jaw-dropping.
