Lately I've been adding one of your 10 minute ab workouts into my morning workout because I find them really good. I don't have abs strong enough to do the kind of ab workouts where there are no breaks included, but this kind that you upload with longer time to exercise and a small break really pushes me to the limit and I love the fact I have time to really focus on the exercises and do them properly but I also have a small break that allows me to be able to push through the whole 10 minutes without needing extra breaks because I'm simply not there yet. Love the format, thank you!

omg that was so hard and effective. just wish there was modification substitutes. loved it but it felt like for intermediate to advance abs peeps, glad I sort fit into that, just so sore today too.

The best thing id to go up at 5 a clock snd drink coffe and energydrinks and do al ot of workout and also a lot of intense walking. If you wanna burn fat will say.

in sphinx plank palms of your hands are fully on the ground, in normal plank you have your hands together in the middle

It’s the hands position in the sphinx one you have your hands laying flat while on the low plank you are on your fists (I hope it’s understandable)
