Everyone needs to be patient. It takes a lot of work and time to prepare these videos. We who love and appreciate these workouts, and their trainers must understand that trainers have lives too and need to have time for them. Let us just be grateful for the hard work and commitment of these wonderful people who help us get fit.❤

I agree with you. Let’s be thankful for all the workouts. Not every workout is right for every person…. “This one is too short, this one is too long. Not enough breaks, breaks are too long. This is too hard, this was too easy. I hate this music, I enjoy this music.” And on and on and on. She owes us nothing and yet she continues to post for us, how lucky we are!!

Doing this for 2 weeks Day 1: ✅was rly hard to do nd i didn’t understand the side planks so i just did plank for 3 mins Day 2-8: i was on vaccations nd had period so couldnt do it ill start again
