Welcome to my 10 Min Mini Trampoline Workout! We will be repeating 7 exercises 2 times with one round of sprints in between. The timer will be on for 30 secs for each move, with no rest in between moves. This workout has a short warm-up, so please take more time if needed. There is not stretch included in this video, but I have linked some stretch routines below. I hope you enjoy! :)

Enjoyed this exercise video. Best 10 minute cardio and I modified the couple of exercises for less stress on my knees.

Keep the short 10/15 min cardio sessions going- love them. As others have said- perfect low impact conditioning at the end of a weights session. Thanks for the channel!

Hi Naomi. I really enjoyed this 10 minutes workout. This one I was finally able to complete in entirety. 😅. Like I had to go carnivore for a year. Can’t wait to try a 20 minutes one tomorrow. I think I like the 10-20 minutes workouts best.

Hi Naomi, I'm not sure why I didn't ask you before- I noticed you had used in the past a leaps and rebounds trampoline but lately you have been using the jumpsport- Do you recommend the last one more? Also is that the 39in or the 44in version? Thanks in advance for your time and amazing workout as usual.

Hello, Yes, it’s true. I prefer my Jumpsport trampoline. It’s more sturdy and it has a deeper bounce, which is a more challenging workout. I live in a small apartment with my husband, so I only have room for one rebounder. My Jumpsport is the 39 inch model. I’m 5 foot 2.5, so the small version works for me!
