Yoga with Kassandra Thank you for these classes. I’ve been searching for online Yin classes since my hips have been bothering me. I went to class a few times, but honestly, it’s too far to drive and a bit expensive. These classes are perfect for a start. If I’m able to stick it out for the month, I plan on starting the paid plan. I’m excited when I wake up every morning to see what’s next. ❤️ #GoodMorning

It is totally a part of that. This flow arrived the next morning after a night in which I felt really, deeply, crazily anxious and sad, and even if I handled it well and was already better by the next day - in which I was too occupied to try this flow ! -, I will try it tonight, because my bums and all my mind and soul also, need in some rest.

I missed yesterday’s 10-min because I was bed ridden with anxiety. I didn’t want to do anything. I woke up today with a new breath and I’m so happy that today’s practice was dedicated to stress/anxiety, and I love the intention. Thank you Kassandra

I had a similar day on Monday, but did two sessions on Tuesday, and am back on track. I just couldnt do ANYTHING!! I thought it would help to do exactly that, but it didnt. I felt worse for it. Lesson learned.

You will be OK, not all of us are at peace with life but the important thing to remember is we can all take steps towards gaining that peace in our hearts it's a process and does not happen straight away. I am practicing yoga for 4 years… I started to do the morning and evening yoga everyday for the last 3 weeks and I won’t stop!! I love it! This day 6 morning yoga is the best! Thank you so much. I feel better, I sleep better and my articulations are better and less pain since I do have arthritis 😀 I do practice yoga 2 or 3 times per day and it is part of my routine.

Kassandra, Your videos are varied and this 30 day yoga challenge means that each day's video is in my email and I can just hit 'play' and I don't have to select from my saved videos; a life saver first thing in the morning! After switching to doing your yoga videos in the morning instead of barre or pilates, I've noticed that I'm more calm and focused each day to the benefit of those I love. I am really enjoying the morning yoga. Thank you for making this easy and quick I do not feel overwhelmed and I am ready for the next day. I already feel less anxiety and a lot less pain. I have had to double up on a day 3 and day 5, as day 4 and 6 were not emailed. I would really appreciate if this could be fixed. Thank you Kassandra for the support.

This is the 4th time going through to try to finish the 30 day challenge. I do see improvements even with 10 daily morning minutes, my longer sessions in the evenings when I get the chance are so much easier. Thank you

#goodmorning I've been doing yoga in studios for over 40 years yet its amazing how powerful just 10 min a day can be. I am sore in places I've never been sore before and my perpetually tight hamstrings are actually getting more open! I also love that online yoga is attracting people who for various reasons would probably never go to a studio :-) The 10 min time is I think key to getting more folks to try it. Yay yoga -- I love to see it grow and spread. Thank you Kassandra!
