There is no such thing as fat loss in one area, your body is a system. You lose fat everywhere, you cannot target it. Just train muscles in certain areas.

Just wondering, is your cholesterol ok if you don't mind me asking.. i'm 45 years old, 99 lbs (i'm petit), work out on a regular basis, enjoy walking, watch what i'm eating and all that however, my number isn't really great. Right before the borderline high. Doc said it could be hormonal
