Hey everyone!
This is a quick 10-min upper body workout that requires no equipment at all. The program is designed to target your chest, arms, shoulders and the core. As usual, we are combining strength and mobility.
The workout includes 5 different exercises, which we'll repeat 3 times. We'll be working for 30s and resting for 10s. If you feel like making it more advanced, replay the video and make it a 20 min workout!
