This practice flew by, I loved it 💜 I even managed to touch the floor in forward fold today- I haven't been able to do that for months! Obviously the video lives up to the name (or I'm beginning to see the results of the challenge!) 😄

I am not the biggest fan of yoga, but I do it because it helps my body with different issues. Your 21-day videos encourage me to do yoga because they are of various lengths, movements vary and you have a chill approach. So kudos and thank you for that!

Hero pose has always been one I struggled with. I can do it, but it starts to feel uncomfortable quickly even after I feel like I've settled into it as best as I can. This video came at a good time, since tomorrow I will be attending my first group yoga class. They will focus on finding one's balance, and today's practice showed I have some work to do in that area.

really nice practice 🧘🏾‍♀ hero is and my calves are not the best friends...felt a little odd trying cross legs and make ankels touch in forward bend..will have to practice those a little more. Namaste 💜

Wow! The difference between my right and left sides is crazy. My right side is worse than my left. I would think my right would be better because it's my dominant side, weird.
