Hello Raul, unfortunately I don’t know much about yogic practices and pranayama techniques. My background is from the Buddhist tradition rather than from the yoga lineage. Sadhguru is a great teacher if you want to learn more about yogic practices. Both, Buddhist and yogic practices lead to the same place, they just have different ways to go about it.

Could you please consider making a video, or at least giving a short reply to this comment, explaining why it is important to stay present during the day and try to bring your mind back once you’ve noticed it started to wonder? I really can’t get this concept...what is bad about think about some future plans, or remembering something from the past once walking or doing any other daily routines? Some great ideas, plans, and inspiration comes to you when the mind wonders, isn’t right? Thank you in a advance! 🙏
