How To Deal With Anger And Frustration? Many of us experience strong emotions and all of us have experienced anger. How do you control anger? How do you calm down and overcome anger? Learning how to manage your strong emotions is vital for your mental health and your happiness. In this video, I share some tips to cope with anger.

thanks for sharing your knowledge about these topics which are not talked too much among people, I think your videos are very instructive for managing emotions, which unfortunately are overshadowed by the agitated world in which we currently live in. Despite not having too much views, you keep sharing your advices to people who need them, it means so much, and it says many good things about you, thanks for your work.

🙏 Thank you so much for your supportive words. It's true my videos don't have many views. I used to feel discouraged at the beginning but now, I have learned to enjoy having created a small community. I am happy to share what I have learned and if it can help you and a few others, I am happy. Making those videos also help me. @@PeacefulBreathing 1. staying with the anger using the breath 2. becoming aware of nature/outside environment 3.TAKES practice to be effective at coping with anger The breath and mindfulness of outside and with in is a skill(tool) that can transmute emotions.
