Thank you Olivier for sharing. I would definetly like to see these kind of knowledge in your upcoming videos. I have one book call "FEAR" written by Thich Naht and it is very useful to face our fear and transform. To me his teachings are priceless!

@@PeacefulBreathing i read one of his book but I haven’t been following his teaching much. Eckhart Tolle was my first big teacher when I started my journey 🥰

@@kikemindfulness-meditacion277 I think I read The Power of Now right at the beginning of my journey too, I read half of the book, really liked it, mind blowing. It made sense but was also complicated. I do sometimes listen to his short teachings. It's nice to hear from different teachers. Who else have you been learning from? Any well reknowned hispanic teachers? All of the ones I learn/listen to are english speaking.

Hi ,one doubt Can we do inhalation with nose n exhalation with mouth for more than 25 minutes? How can we contact u for doubt? Watsap no or email

We can inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. For me, I just feel that I can stay more in touch with my breathing or feel it more. But that's up to you.
