Hello everyone, this week, I wanted to change things a bit. I usually upload videos about how to meditate but lately, I have been thinking that one useful tool to support you in your practice is to offer guided meditations that you can practice with. Those guided meditation are like the how to's videos except that you get to practice at the same time as you learn how to meditate. I just wanted to offer something different and see if that resonates with you. Learning about meditation great but practicing is even more important because it is through the practice that we can transform our experience. Glad you liked the meditation. Keep practicing with it or without the guided meditation but it’s helpful to listen to a voice at the beginning of the journey.

I still like your old channel name 🙂 This guided meditation is peaceful. I feel if an improve in voice clarity can be done then it would be more powerful but it is still good.

What should I do if I can't observe my breath without influencing it?

You just keep observing your experience with as much clarity as you can. At first, it will feel weird, like as you observe it, your breath may become irregular, as it it is self conscious, but it’ll go away eventually, within the same session or after some sessions. By the way, I started uploading again and just shared a video that I wish I had watched myself before starting meditation.
