thank you for the practical examples! Without knowing it I have practiced mindfulness in my life when dusting: I don't like dusting but it is the perfect activity when I am stressed, because I have to pay full attention not to break ornaments. And I am fully present when I cook as I do like it. I will try with other activities at home and I will add the component of gratitude that I had not thought about.

One thought I have or more like a misconception is...if I stay in the present, I can't move forward...I have so many things to do! I need to work hard! I realized this way of thinking is no longer useful for me, not healthy. Thanks your videos are helping me in this process

Thank you. I have experienced the same thing and still am at times but the difference now is that I know what to do compare to before thanks to these mindfulness practices. Hi Bennet, thank you for checking in with me, it really touches me. I am fine ... I was in Vietnam and enjoying my last vacation weeks there. I just got back home now and settling back to my routines. Probably next weekend is when I'll be able to record again. I look forward to sharing more content with you. How are you?

​@@PeacefulBreathing Oh awesome, thats nice to hear :) Hope you enjoyed the time in vietnam. As much as I know, there are lots of beautiful green places, much nature and waters there :) Im glad that I finally could bring 2 meditations a day in my daily life, one in the morning to become a clear mind for the day and one before going to sleep to already calm down my thoughts for better sleeping experience. In the past months, I often tend to skip meditation but I realized that 2 daily meditations is all I need. Especially the session before going to sleep also has a huge impact on memorizing my dreams and with a bit of luck and practice I am probably able again to lucid dream in future time with this constancy of meditating and this would be super cool. If I get good enough at controlling my thoughts while dreaming, i could theoretically even meditate consciously while dreaming xD I find this huge topic "lucid dreaming" very interesting as well because it also has to do with controlling your own thoughts, kinda like meditating :) Did you youself ever heard of this? Get back well!

Hi Bennet, yes, there are so many beautiful places ... unfortunately, because of COVID, I was not able to travel anywhere :( but it's okay, I was mainly there to see my family. Congrats on meditating 2 times a day! That is great! I experience the same thing, starting the day from a more stable, peaceful place and closing the day with a sense or relaxation and gratitude and it also helps me to have a more restful sleep. Regarding meditating while dreaming, I know very little about it but I recently learned a possible way to do just that. I will need to put it into practice before I can share about it though! Hope you're doing well!

No, sometimes we can have some anxiety that we aren’t aware of bc we are too busy or unconsciously, we run away from and keep ourselves distracted so we dont have to deal with it. When we meditate, anything can come up. The point of meditation is to greet whatever our experience in the present moment is and learn to be at peace with it. Does it make sense?
