Well, I'm definitely awake now 😅 Great practice! I had to stretch my quads out at the end, I wonder if that means they are weak or if I did something wrong.

Hey, if ur still doing the card thing, now that I'm thinking about it, idk the dates on these videos; if ur still doing the card intention thing, can u switch them around ??? Knowing what's where after awhile ... Like gives me anxiety as to where to look lol ...I just skip that part and make my own for now... I just love ur videos and how u explain each movie and muscle and how to feel and etc !!! Ur great !!!

This was wonderful! I see the app is free but do I have access to the same free KZfaq content there? I know I have to pay for membership for extra content but is the same free content there too without paying for an upgrade? If so what do you prefer I use KZfaq or the app?

Hi there, all of the content on youtube is available in the app ad-free and downloadable. You also get access to hundreds more videos, tips, pose breakdowns and calendars. You're supposed to step back with your left leg repeating everything on your left side before we begin again. It's more like a cycle instead of a right side, then left side. I can see how it would be easy to miss
