Yoga with you has been very helpful. I'm morbidly obese and trying to use yoga not only as a weight loss option but trying to keep my mind sane. Thoughts always run through my head and when I'm upset I find myself leaning to you for help. It helps strengthen my core and helps me find inner peace. I can't thank you enough for the videos you make, today I really needed some yoga. Might do a second session with another 10 minute video of yours. Since I have been doing yoga, I have gotten better and I still have long ways to go, but still you make me feel I can do anything plus do what I can and teach me to listen to my body. Thank you for saving me 😊

omg, this is the first "morning yoga" video here on youtube winch i actually managed to follow from being to end. It's super ADHD friendly because you don't stay silent until the next position. You give different directions and I have plenty of time to try them out to see what works best for me.

this is my first time trying yoga. thank you for being reassuring and telling people to do the steps to the best of their ability! it helped a lot with my anxiety that i wouldn't be able to finish a routine with my asthma and anemia

Probably the best one I've done. Ive been trying to find a good video to follow for a while, I just tried doing one before finding this and I kept falling. It was supposed to be for beginners but it really wasn't beginner friendly 😕 So glad I found your video!!

I love this! It made my day! I'm always inactive and stay in my bed all day, i was diagnosed with severe depression but now I'm feeling better but I still needed something to make me feel relaxed, I did this and now I'm very energized! Thank you I've never felt this good in my entire life
