I try to do this in the morning right in bed before I hit the floor. It has saved me from throwing out my back just getting up! 👍

I find that you need to keep legs wide and keep your knees from turning in so you feel it more in your glutes.

Thank you for the video! If my knees hurt during any kind of bridges(frog or regular, different distances position for the feet), what could it mean? Am I doing something wrong?

Typically when I see this, it makes a difference to adjust how far your feet are out. Placing as much emphasis on contracting the glutes helps too. I have also had patients use a ball and squeeze or a band to push against.

Does it matter if I have my head on a pillow? I have vertigo and can't have my head flat on the ground.
