Sorry, but while I love Punk's "Cult of Personality" entrance music, I still think "This Fire Burns" is still the absolute pinnacle of entrance music, especially during that intense, brief instrumental before the chorus. Like that part sends absolute shivers down my spine every time, especially the how he played it, he usually got on his knees during that moment, and then proceeded to enter once the chorus hit. And that shit was Killswitch Engage, it's not like it was some random stock music they had, or the hired musicians (who were actually really good) create a theme song for him.

While Hogan's WCW creative control contract did exist, I don't think it qualifies for the "that nobody knew about" part. The phrase "that doesn't work for me, brother!" that's based on that contract is pretty much a meme, and for it to be a meme, nearly everyone must know of that clause. Other then that, great video as usual.

Not so much in his contract, but Undertaker never wanted his character to lose a match via tap out, I know he did tap twice against Kurt Angle on Smackdown and Lesnar at Summerslam 2015, but the matches were a draw and restarted respectively. I can't remember any other time Taker tapped.
@Seriously_Unserious
@Seriously_Unserious 3 жыл бұрын
Given his character, that kind of makes sense. He was supposed to be super human and tapping out would make him look very human and ruin his character. Maybe he could have gotten away with a tap or 2 in his American Badass days, especially vs a submission specialist on the level of Kurt Angle or Chris Benoit, but definitely not in his dead man persona.

I have a "What Culture" clause in my contract: Every time Simon Miller slaps his head, I automatically hit the "like" button, hit that "subscribe" button and press that "notification bell" to be notified of upcoming videos.

Same. I'd somehow missed them when they were recording their biggest hits in the late 80s but thanks to Punk, I was able to pick up on them later on at least. Cult of Personality is one of my favorites and IMO one of the best rock songs of all time. I also got a couple more of their songs too.
