Honeypea Digital The only ones that were truly reaching were #10 (comics explain this) and #8 (Comics also show that he has parents along with an uncle). The others could just be for pure fun (#1 is pretty convincing to me, though). However, I believe in #9 wholeheartedly. There are too many contrasts for this to not be the case. And, as with the case of '06, that clearly isn't part of the mainline story (especially since it was rebooted anyhow). But it allows for everything to be canon in it's own right without a connection to eachother unless it has sequels or references to previous media.

Ahahah, its alright man. Adventures are Heroes are not among my favourite games, but that doesnt mean they are bad games. It just means I enjoy other games more than them. And Im getting tired of people trying to slam games they dont like and brand them "bad".

This is a common misconception, although nobody denies that calling a game "bad" gets thrown around too much these days, When a game critic calls a game "bad" or a "failure" its a way to quickly tell the audience that those games failed as games. This is usually determined against the original release price, so for example if your average crappy Sonic game was released for like $5 it would be considered a generally good game! But because it was released as a full price AAA game it does not nearly come close to the expected quality. It's like buying a $35 Burger only to find its Mc Donalds, you might like Maccy's burgers but your still gonna call that $35 burger bad. Its nice that you personally had the patience for some of those game but me personally I cringe at the thought of how bad some of these games are, usually the only thing that really lets them down is rubbish, nonsensical, annoying game play.

The alternate universes one was confirmed tho. Well, it's more of an alternate dimension thing, but whatever. On an interview with gameinformer, Takashi Iizuka (the current head of Sonic Team) confirmed that there's a human world, a Sonic world, and a classic world. This is further proven by Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces, as the Sonic from Mania travels through dimensions into the world of Forces. This however would mean that there are two separate timelines, which essentially fucks up any bit of continuity that Sonic had in these past 26 years.

well let me explain myself, now there was a consistent cannon from sonic adventure 1 and 2, however Heroes was treated as a reboot, but then Shadow the hedgehog treated as if its a reboot but there are reminents of sonic heroes in the game and characters that were introduced in heroes act like they knew shadow for years yet shadow of hte hedgehog is treated as a reboot, it just gets worse and worse until Sega started ignoring some aspect but then comes with a problem of Sonic being put into way to many things, turning into a were creature in a beat em up, using a sword, surf boarding, realism and princess saving, its just that Sega needs to make another character aside sonic

well i do not consider the sonic games cannon as i have given up on that and the reason is because shadow the hedgehog had elements that treats as if heroes happened but at the same time acting as if a reboot, its hte weight of my issue so really after that i go meh and have given up as after shadow the hedgehog its either a reboot or another reboot, to me Sega doesnt understand how to do cannon, now i do atleast appreicate the comics putting some sort of cannon, now yea it all may seem goofy but it atleast make sense and atleast what happened before still happens unless said otherwise but at the same time Sega needs a new character since sonic is the only one, now Nintendo does have mario but do oyu see mario in a fighter in space? do you see mario on a horse with a sword on the country side? no
