Poor maya.. She always say's "i'm okay" but we all know she isn't. I noticed she's so sad and depressive.. I wanna hug her so bad. She was the one who pushed riley to lucas but she likes him too she's hiding it because she wants the best for her best friend. She wants her to be happy. But nobody really cared about maya!

I'm going to be honest. Lucaya should have happened.... Maya saw Lucas first and thought they would never see him again so she pushed riley towards him. They just never worked though. Everyone expected Rucas to happen so they went out and it didn't work . Maya was the one who saw him first, Maya is the one that pushed her feelings away for riley , Maya is the one who was so scared something bad would happen to Lucas on that bull. Riley stepped back for like 2 episodes and began to get jealous. Then everyone started telling Maya how she felt... if Lucas could learn to love her while he loved riley doesn't that mean something ???

I hate to say this bc I really love them together but Maya deserves better. Lucas could never make up his mind and I can't imagine how painful her suffering of seeing Lucas with Riley must've been. In my opinion Lucas didn't really deserve Maya in the first place bc he kinda played her and Riley. I understand that Maya could never take Lucas away from Riley and I love how their friendship is more important to her than her love relationship thing. But in my eyes this was only one sided I mean I kinda felt like Riley wouldn't have done the same for Maya I mean Maya always had to give up. She practically pushed Lucas to go get Riley and I felt like that wasn't even really what he wanted.

every time i see GMW i always look for something that shows it has always been maya and lucas and every time i find nothing so then i go to youtube and see what is on here and i always find something. If you look at the facts in season one ep one maya looks and lucas and calls lucas hot on the DL and when lucas see's maya we see that smile but when maya pushes riley over to him he looks at her for a small sec the goes over to maya and does the same thing it maya and lucas and you will see if you look at the small stuff

I wish it had been Netflix that had revived this show because they would have had the guts to take Lucas and Maya to an actual place that could explore the chemistry between these two and we would've gotten the campfire scene where Lucas actually kisses Maya because I know they filmed that and Disney thought it was too mature for a kids channel which it probably was because they probably had a great scene that was appropriate for a teenage audience because the show was about a bunch of teenagers. And even with them being held back, they had the most chemistry. And on a sidenote, can I just say that Josh really was too old for Maya. There should have been no "someday" moment because it's inappropriate.

And she makes fun of him basically since day one! In my opinion, Rucas is just a kid crush! I honestly think that Maya has really deep feelings for him instead. Besides, they have more chemistry.
