It caught me off gaurd with having no brakes in between workouts. Turns out i LOVE doing it this way! I feel more of a burn in less time! This definitely helps ❤

Another gem from Eleni! For those days when your schedule threatens to shut you out of your fitness routine DO THIS ONE. These 12 minutes are packed. And no matter how tight the schedule is there's room for a quick 10+ minute "break" to work out. Later we can always do more if time permits, but this routine can make a huge difference when the choice is between doing something and doing nothing/skipping it for the day--which I never like how that feels. Try it you'll love it.

lol, I spend the first 20 sec of each new exercise flailing around trying to figure it out and the last ten secs *sort of* doing it. Well hey, it's getting my heart rate up and me sweating, just not gonna do any of this in public. lol. Thanks for the work out.

Tried something new today. I’ve noticed these short workouts on Eleni’s channel and wondered what could that be all about. Well I can now tell you it’s about jacking up your heart rate real fast, I like it😃. Followed that up with these 30 minute routines, it made for a really good workout. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

One week completed with this workout. Lost half an inch already. This might not be a great progress, but being a PCOS person who has been striving to loose weight, this isn't less than a victory for me. I have gained 13 kgs in the last year but this video will help me, I know. I had tried a lot of workouts but nothing worked. I can't thank Eleni enough. Thank you so much Eleni ❤❤ Now I will start doing 2 rounds of it everyday for next two weeks and update.

Thank you for this! I had open ventral hernia repair surgery 5 1/2 months ago, after a horrible c-section one year ago, and have been so afraid to begin working out for fear of it coming back, particularly any lying exercise that would really strain abdominals. But I successfully completed this and it was the perfect starting point to begin being active again after such a rough past year physically. I have gained weight and can feel decreased strength from everything my body has gone through. I will do this once a day to start and hopefully I can progress to linger, more strenuous workouts as time goes by.

I did this amazing workout as a starter, then Waist workout from again❤ Eleni fit. I had 0 energy when I started however the movements encourage you to continue and plus you sweat. These workout videos are huge help. Thank you❤

5.13.2023 sometimes life requires time to alter one's schedule for worthwhile milestones and celebrations. Today was one of those good days. But it meant I was stuffed behind the wheel of my cramped economy car driving 90+ minutes out and another 90+ minutes back with unusual delays tossed in. So my muscles were all constricted & I was so drowsy-punchy tired. So this workout was good medicine. I just needed to do SOMETHING today for my body to give it some movement even very late in the day.

It's my first time working out one this channel and I love it!! The combinations made me feel strong and the music choice was motivating and upbeat. One major thing that puts me off working out with youtubers is the sexual ,lustful music which is uninvitedly repeating in my mind long after I've finished. but This is a safe place for me. Also I finished the workout wanting more which is a surprise to me as I was feeling to tired to start my today's workout session. Thank you!! I've subscribed and I hope to workout more here more often.
