@@danielaego-aguirre9716 Reach a state of equanimity where nothing disturbs you. . For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine as erect as possible, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-20 minutes. Be as still as possible. Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce. The mind is reprogrammed to reach equanimity. Do twice daily or even more as per your convenience. In life practice not over-reacting to any situation. Enjoy meditation without expectations and your life will transform. Make it a daily habit. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

I'm a grumpy construction worker in his mid 40s. I started doing this (almost) everyday about six months ago. It's done wonders for my back and hip pain as well as my mood. If you're feeling sore and sour at the end of the day I can't recommend this video enough.

Wow same. After the last exercise right when we did the last 3 breathes. I cried immediately and didn’t even know why. It released so much anxiety and emotional shit I had built up

Doing this lovely stretch routine made me realize how inflexible I am, but it still felt so good. Maddie, your stretch routines are so valuable and important. Absolutely love this!! Most definitely feel a lot more relaxed. Have been doing your workouts for quite some time and have incorporated your stretch sessions into my daily routine but only just discovered your yoga/stretch routines and I absolutely love them. Since incorporating them as well as the stretch routines into my day my MH has greatly improved and it is helping my performance at work.

I would love a stretch/stress relief video that focuses on hips, glutes and back...I love your videos with the squats and lunges, and I would really like a video that I could do afterwards to stretch out those areas that get tense. For me, you are the perfect person to do these kinds of video's. I easily get frustrated and stressed during work outs and stretches. I struggle with my body due to chronic illness. However you are so calming and just so nice, that I can truly relax. It really means the world to me!

Thank you for this Maddie, I love the variety of workouts and fitness videos you offer. I've been focussing more on HIIT and cardio over the last couple of years, but this serves as a great reminder how important yoga and stretching are, especially when dealing with clinical anxiety. :)

This was really great. I got really emotional during the pulled in knee circles. (I often get emo in hip opening excercises). The music was timed perfectly since it became more uplifteng after my tears came out, and made me happier than i was before! Loved everything about it xoxo

I love this video always calms be down. I also find it really helpful to do before a longer yoga session or stretch class just so I am nice a relaxed before I start. Thank You!!!
