I am not in my 50s I am only 19 but I used to be very athletic then I had an accident in my school prom, I fell down the hole stairs from beginning to end and I went to the hospital directly. My knees got hurt so bad and my ankles so I hardly could walk and all my sadness was usually gone after eating vegan junk food. I gained 20 kilos and can't do the exercises I used to be able to do. I needed something simple and I thank god that I found your channel. You are a blessing. Even though they are very simple compared to what I used to do this is the most I can do because I cant bend my knees anymore. But with those exercises I am planing to strengthen my legs again and I have gained passion again, I want to lose all the weight I gained and become fit again. Thank you for the lovely video and thank you for having an adorable smile ❤️❤️❤️

I am ove 50, i was diagnosed with fribromyalgia i can't do any exercise because of several pain all over my body. But since i discovered your exercise i can now walk around my room also bends my knees. Thank you so much 💓

I am 63, for the last 2 years I have been dealing with flattened pads in my lower spine causing nerve pain in my legs. Always very careful not to over do it. My Dr recommended your videos 2 months ago. Yeah I am a procrastinator, finally did this video, all of it. Did a few moves I haven't done in a long time. Thank you, I WILL be back. This will help a lot.

Today was day 1 and I absolutely LOVE IT! I had a stroke in 2012 I recovered really well BUT now that I’m near 60 years old I really wanted to firm what I have left your work out is PERFECT! Thank you😊😊😊❤😊😊😊

I've been dealing with a series of very stressful events and self care sometimes goes out of the window. There are some days I'm so overcome with anxiety that I don't want to get out of bed. I've discovered that if I turn on your channel the minute I wake up, it really helps. I don't always get out of bed right away but letting your positive affirmations just wash over me is so helpful and encouraging. Once I'm out of bed your channel stays on in the background until I feel good enough to tackle a little workout, some days I feel good enough to tackle a couple in a row. I'm convinced that working out with you and your positive attitude has got me through some difficult days. I can't thank you enough for that.

I am 58 and just found your amazing videos in December. I feel like I’ve left myself go and didn’t think I could find my way back. But I’ve been exercising to your videos 5 days a week and ballroom dancing the other 2 days. Exercising with you has made me feel good about myself AND is making me a better dancer. Love to you.

I started using this site in February half way through our second lockdown. Am now completely hooked. I Iove that there are so many choices of workout and I put together a few each day depending on how I feel. I started with 30 mins a day and now up to 45 mins and trying to do every day and if I have to miss a day I’m disappointed. I was 63 last week and am feeling fitter than I have for years I can even touch my toes now. Thanks for the inspiration and making the routines fun and doable.

This workout is brilliant, I have made myself do it twice a day since the 14th June, I cannot even describe how much better I feel, actually it is amazing the difference, & the music is fabulous, just makes you want to keep moving !! thank you SO much. Not too bad for being 74 !!!!!!!

Alison wherever you are I hope you're well and I've been building up her 5, 10 minute workouts and this one is great. I'm 70 and after I left a part time retail gig that had me walking around the store, now Covid, yuk, 15 lbs or so later, at 5'1" not happy. So glad to be part of this community. I’m so thrilled to have found Fabulous 50 interval workouts! I spent this last month trying to find a really good interval 10 min exercise program for older women, and have been so disappointed. I am a young 75, and was finding that most workouts did a reduntancy of knee bending exercises, practically every other exercise, which caused my knees to react. Im 25, but have a long history of bulimia and anorexia. I've wanted to reincorporate excercise back into my life and after doing this one today, i just wanted to say thank you. This Video helped me look at excercise as so much more than an punishment or a chore. Exercising isn't just about changing the way you look, it's about changing the way you feel and taking care of your body and your mind, and adding something to your life, not just subtracting weight. This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. Menopause, Thyreoiditis and depression have caused my weight to literally double. I used to be athletic and fit, now..... not so much. Moving has turned into a painful chore. This exercise routine is not only fun, but also at a doable level of intensity. I just tried it out and it not only pushed my heart rate up, but it made me feel really good about having been able to keep up. Let's see what my muscles have to say tomorrow :-) Again, thank you SO much. I am really happy to have discovered your channel a couple of weeks ago. I have been binge watching ever since.

I am 65. My doctors assistant told me about this page today. I’m not active so the last 7 minutes were tough, but I slowed down and made it through. This is something I need daily and I’m so glad she suggested it.

I love your attitude and positive disposition. Your workouts are truly what makes my day. I just love some of the music. I’ve tried to Spotify some of it but never and results. I really love that Latino music with your 15 minute workout. If possible can I tell me who that is.

What I really love about your workouts is the timer! I used to do aerobics with a couple different TV shows back in the 80’s. Well, if they were doing a hard move, I had when it would be over, so I’d stop and do a different less vigorous move. With the timer, I know I can just hang in there. I can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds.

I’m in my 70s now and just got fed up with using gym machines to exercise. I looked at loads of fitness videos here but Schellea,, yours are the best I’ve come across. I do two or three every morning and I’m set up! Very very very many thank yous xx

I have been following this and another video for 5 days. I have toned up, lost 3lb and 1/2 inch off each thigh. I have had a double hip replacement and the exercises are the best thing for me, much better than all the physio. Thank you so much 😊 x

Thank you for all of your videos. I started doing this and two of your other walking exercises as well as your 5 minute stretch every day since June 1. Improving my diet and working on my attitude. I have lost 15 pounds, down 2 dress sizes and feeling great. Slow process but feeling better everyday at 61. Thanks for help and support.

This is a great fast workout. Indoor walking is an easy way to get our 10,000 steps a day. This video you’ve given us is especially good on a busy schedule when we might be tempted to bypass our daily workout. I’m 63 and love to walk. Movement is our friend as we age☺️ thanks, keep the videos coming👍🏼

I am so happy that I discovered your channel, as I have had pain in my knee, so I did the video on how to help your knees. I was able to move on the above video and I loved the way you added extra movements so it would not be boring! Also, I was feeling frumpy in my clothes, so I watched your video on clothes for women over 50, and bless you, as I ordered some new tops from your links. I look forward to continuing watching and learning from you.

Same here! Its April 18th, sitting with my husband feeling blah and wondering what to do at 12:10 am. I needed to get my frustrations out and get energized. I’m glad I came across this video. Perfect for what I needed!! Take care and be safe! This pandemic shall will pass 👍🏼💕

I'm not in my 50, i'n 28 but I found this workout super good for me. I felt very bad lately, bot mentally & physically because of my depression & all the issues related to my thyroid. The movements in this video don't let me in pain after workout. I used to train at higher impact but now I feel not ready to get back yet. I'll repeat this video 4 times to reach 1h of training, I hope that this video & others in this platform will also help me with time (with the help of my dietician too) losing weight. The only way to boost my metabolism ie to walk, walk & walk. Thank you for sharing the video with us, you seem a very kind person. The entire video is calmly.

WOW can't believe I made it to the end!!! I have Arthritis of the back and both knee's very bad and over weight. I'm gonna try to do this everyday, of coarse I will modify. Thank You so much YOUR AWESOME!!!!

Debbie Debbie Thanks for the encouragement, you sound exactly like me, except the arthritis part...so far anyway. 🤞🤞🤞fingers crossed it stays that way. But good to know still do-able with the knees issue. I wont be doing lunges, but maybe will be more able in the future.

I totally love this exercise routine , I can dance during the walking sessions, the music is conducive to dancing ... wonder if you would consider a low impact dance exercise. Thanks for all that you do 🙏🏾

Julie Paull They say a certain amount of exercise will release endorphins, the feel-good hormone, into the bloodstream. The "runner's high" they always talk about. I do hope you feel better: keep on going, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. 💖

hi Shellea- thoroughly enjoyed this love it- although I did not do exercises perfectly like you especially the balancing act ones. Enjoyed it very much.Just completed a series of kemo and radiation, I feel very unbalanced at times and require the help of a walker, for past 2 months have been searching for exercises to help me put balance back to normal. Thank you for your many videos on all sorts of subjects pertaining to womens health and well being.Much aroha to you.

Thank you so much for this workout. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and I was able to keep up with you pretty good. I couldn’t do the lunges but maybe in time. I will definitely save this workout and do it every day. Again, thanks
