Let's tone & strengthen our upper body - arms, underarms, shoulders & back at home with resistance bands in 15 minutes! Remember to go nice & slow to maximize time under tension.
I am using a long band & a short band for this workout, but you could also use a single band as well. I just love using the long bands for the pull back - I think I get the best stretch that way.

If you have more time, I recommend completing this upper body circuit another 1-2 times for a full upper body workout. I typically work out for about an hour, and I let my muscles rest for at least 2 days before working on the same muscles group.
