Let's tone & strengthen our upper body - arms, underarms, shoulders & back at home with resistance bands in 15 minutes! Remember to go nice & slow to maximize time under tension.
I am using a long band & a short band for this workout, but you could also use a single band as well. I just love using the long bands for the pull back - I think I get the best stretch that way.
Remember to warmup! Try this one:

If you have more time, I recommend completing this upper body circuit another 1-2 times for a full upper body workout. I typically work out for about an hour, and I let my muscles rest for at least 2 days before working on the same muscles group.
I recommend this triceps set next:

Will definitely add those if and when I do those. I post workouts that I do myself and that are most effective so you can achieve the best results from home - and those are my dumbbell workouts 💪 I do some bodyweight & band moves - typically on vacation or on my active rest days 💖

@@VeraLaRo thank you it worked! I ordered the bands! I have different resistance bands that hook at the end that I used for your video until these come. They worked just a bit uncomfortable lol. Love the workout! Please do more resistance training!
