Check out the aluminum welding fabrication for the railing here and be sure to go to his youtube channel to watch the onsite install: • $17000 Emergency Alumi...

@@MeltinMetalAnthony I’ve always just been a “hobby welder” but I love learning as much as I can about it. I have a full time job but you kinda inspired me to take on a few small side gigs to help out some farmers I know. Nothing too serious but they were happy and I have a little extra beer money win/win 😂

I have DOT handrails kind of like that but mine have mounting feet plates. I got a contractor that fixes them when severely damaged but I want to get a setup to patch up some minor damage. I can mig weld ok if I had a welder. I want to get a spoolgun to patch it up. I noticed on the MP line of migs there only DC so you can't Tig Aluminum with one. Researching & watching marketplace for deals.

Question, I haven't seen a video on tig pedals, 50k vs 22k vs wireless. What is the difference between 22k and 50k ohm pedals good and bad, which is better more sensitive (50k)?

easiest way to cut copes is on a vertical/carpenter saw. Mark them out with templates or with a cope book and guide the pipe through the saw fallowing the sharpie lines. This is a great way if you have weird or changing angles

i 3d print templates for nearly everything. can only recommend. especially for profiles with inside corners, like T L H beams. also can recommend chalk markers. way more precise than solid chalk and does not burn away like a normal sharpie when plasmacutting. these two little things have cut my prep time in half.

What diameter wire was Anthony running because ,even with .030, that’s too much wire and not enough voltage.
