Hi Maks, I am just tuning in to your approach on hip labrum tear. I had one in 2015 and pain and discomfort comes and goes. When I do regular strength training it helps a lot. I am really looking forward to your approach! Thx

Thanks for the video Maks - I'm really taking to your go slow to get it right approach! Btw, your 1st core breathing exercise flips on it head every type of breathing instruction I've ever had - Diaphragmatic breathing). It's not easy to reverse my muscle memory on it. Is this breathing style something you take into your normal every day life as well? ...or is it just resigned for the exercise?

Good question! The goal is for breathing and movement to be unconscious yet effortless. In other words, you don't want to THINK about breathing or moving in some perfect way in day-to-day life. If you give your nervous system enough practice during exercise, it will eventually adopt the more efficient way of moving/breathing. Hope this helps!
