I'm fairly new to Berserk but from all that I've read Guts has truly suffered since the day he was born. Tragedy seemed to follow him all of his life, with no chance to rest, grieve and heal. From losing his adopted father who he wanted to love him, to the Band of the Hawk, to losing Casca. With Guts losing Casca again, he knows if he can be rescued from the despair and darkness he is seeking into.

Guts is perhaps is one of the most tragic and suffering character and protagonist in history of anime and manga what he went through in his life especially in his childhood was truly painful and traumatic that he would been relating sympathize and understood by survivors and Victims of child abuse rape and sexual assault he doesn’t deserve this pain trauma suffering and betrayal I wished he had happy ending he rightfully deserved after all agony and tragedy he went through throughout berserk series

No mention of Guts killing the boy accidentally right before hearing Griffith basically saying Guts wasn’t his friend?

I have a feeling that when everything comes to a head, Guts won't get a happy ending. I feel like at the end he'll rely on the armor so much that it'll be the thing that kills him when he finally confronts and kills the Griffith.

There is only one thing this show must do in order not to become too tragic (which can be its downfall) is to either make Guts and Casca reunite properly at the end or let Guts kill Griffith, both would be proper (in my opinion) because you can say what you want our boy is the one manga/anime character that deserves a happy ending for the sake of bloody justice, one of the two is acceptable. I can even live with the fact if Guts sacrifices his group in order to achieve one of the two. There I said my opinion now you can bombard me all you want.

It's crazy to think almost all the main characters have been sexually defiled in some way. Though Griffith did the one of them out of choice, of course we don't know what went down in the torture chambers for Griffith.
