Just finished this workout! Tbh I almost was going to wait until I thought I was "ready" for a HIIT workout, but told myself I' should just try it out and see how I do. Turns out it was easier than I expected!! But not too easy, just what I needed. Thank you for continuing these uploads!!!!

Omg I can't believe I made it!! I have been following you for about a year. I took an 8 week break from strength training bc I was just too sore 2-3 days later. Now I'm starting again with very low weights. I have been increasing my cardio steps to 7000-9000 per day. Those steps really helped me to complete this!!!

This is the third pregnancy I have been doing your prenatal workouts (especially great after 30 weeks when I just don’t have the same energy or mobility as before). I wasn’t feeling great this morning but pushed through and now that I’ve finished I’m feeli g a lot better 😊
