I started my workout journey never working out at a gym in my life by watching you guys at 24. You gave me the courage to enter a gym after working out to your videos for about a year and it’s now been three years since and I enjoy going to the gym which I never thought I’d be at. You guys gave me inspiration and foundation to start physical fitness besides just running. Thank you!
