Whooo that second set though... the burn was REAL. Also I’m just throwing this out there but keeping my legs up for any amount of time after yesterday’s leg workout was SO FREAKING HARD 😂

I know right! Some videos I've found are good workouts but there is actually not even a 10 second break and I find my recovery period absent and it makes it difficult to maintain proper form!

Make sure to pat yourselves on the back too! Maddie may be providing the guidance and motivation for these workouts, but it's up to you to put forth the effort and persevere. If you are reading this on Day 20 then you got yourself here, well done! You are strong!

Through these 20 days I can definitely feel my lower abs get stronger! Now I can do leg up and downs and actually have my back not arch (though I still use my hands to support)!!! Even though my form is still not proper at least it improved A LOT!! THANKS MADDIE FOR THIS JANUARY CHALLENGE TO KEEP US MOTIVATED 🥳 WE GOT THIS GUYS!!!

I’m 42. This is literally the 1st workout I have ever done that engaged my lower abs TOTALLY, WHILE ALSO carefully keeping by lower back from getting injured! NOTHING ELSE has WORKED! FINALLY a safe lower abs workout that actually works. This one actually WORKED the lower abs and HEALED my lower back! Thank you, Maddie!

sometimes, if it gets too hard for me, I hold a plank, or do a "yoga cat/cow" so I am still moving.

I did this today and I was literally sweating, even though I was doing normal ab workout cruches, plank, basically bowflex's ab workout but this has really challenged me. I could barely have my legs straight and move up and down. So I'm going to keep doing this everyday. I hope my stomach start looking slim and I look lean which I want. This is truly giving me high hopes and motivation to work out thank you and please keep updating.
