For this weeks review, I have the updated Acura RLX Elite. This hybrid executive sedan is up against some serious competition like the BMW 530e, Volvo S90 T8 and the Cadillac CT6. All of those cars are plug-in hybrids, whilst the RLX isn't. Let's see what the RLX can do when I take it for a drive!

I purchased a CPO 18 RLX hybrid back in 2019 with 7200 miles for $22,000 below MSRP from a 2019 model. It has been a joy to drive and it nice to have the 377hp with +28 mpgs. Way overpriced new; but, an excellent deal and much better value in the used market.

I'm looking to sell my SUV for this amazing sedan for its drivability. And to me, the acura quick steering, super handling, awd, and blistering speed, this is a sporty luxury car. That sound system is highly desirable. The 2018 model in 2021 is right priced.

Didn't get a feel for the driving performance in this review. This vehicle has been timed at just under 5 sec 0-60 with torque vectoring and a quietness that rivals other competitors. I think it deserves more respect.

Seems like reviewers dismiss this based on no plug in and infotainment alone. And its so much better than others in this range in almost all ither ways.

Really like the 2018 to 2020 ( last North American year ) models however, I agree that it's seriously overpriced and falls short as compared to the brands it's supposed to compete with. That all said, I would buy one IF it was at a reasonable price ! Great review Max !

Wow reasonably quiet? Drove that car before I bought and it was very quiet and smooth. Console was easy to use but if I'm spending 70 plus I went else where. Quietest car I drove

At 377hp is it faster than the 355 hp TLX Type S?

Max you nailed it. Awesome review. Too bad about the interior and horrible infotainment system. Definelty not a luxury car. Price is crazy high. They will sell 4 for the year. Acura is so lost

Snowed during there night before I filmed the video, but it melted away during shooting. Back to more mild conditions now, thankfully!

You dont have to touch anything while driving. You can talk to the car..and it actually works unlike MB...

Thanks for the wonderful video my friend. I agree with your opinion. In my opinion the Honda and Acura brand are overhyped and overpriced in general. They need to realize the truth and change accordingly!!
