Hi Everyone
Well were back from Spain early but thats a story for my other channel " Boatdog van traveller ". I've spent the last month deciding what to do this year as I was torn from heading to Saul marina on the Gloucester and Sharpness canal and earning a good living repairing boats or heading North on Narrowboat Dodger in to the unknown and relying on youtube income and any boat repair work that I can pick up as we travel along the inland waterways of the uk. I came to my decision today after having an amazing weekend on Dodger and have decided that life is for living and I would rather sacrafice everything that I have including job security for a peacefull life with Archie and Spike floating around the canals and rivers trying to scratch together a living so Im afraid your stuck with us for another year at least . I've recorded this vlog on a whim this morning. It's not edited or anything fancy. Just a quick update of whats going on. Let me know your feeling in the comments.

I am happy to hear you are going to take us with you into the villages. It is something that few bloggers do and will make you stand out even more which is a good thing. Your dogs look very content and happy.

Loved the videos of the Caldon, nice to see home from someone else’s point of view, any plans to come back that way? One idea for a patron perk could be letting us know where you were planning to be to meet up for a dog walk or pint? Our whippet also enjoys the videos anytime Spike or Archie make an appearance, and he’s come to recognise your voice. Listens to you better than he does to us! All the best!

Hi Craig Thanks for watching. I will be back in in a few years as I'm planning to do the northern canals this year. Thanks for the great patron idea. I will add it to the list as it would be great to meet up. We're back in the water on the 7th of March so will be vlogging again soon so lots of Spike and Archie for you and your hound. Yes please to vlogs showing villages and pubs. Saw the boat in Rugeley last year, if you're back this way let us know - we can guide you towards the best dog friendly watering holes.

Idea 4 vid. Good etiquette on the canal. For example me being some one who never been on canal. I'd of thought traveling 4mp is like travelling 30mph in car. Ie most do 32, 34 on wide roads. But I gather from watching some vids it's much more wrong on canal.

Yes going too fast erodes the banks and rocks other moored boats as you pass. Its a right pain. Will try to mention a few pointers in the vids. Cheers Ryan.

Always enjoy the channel, love the boys and the inside of the boat looks great. I’m looking forward to you future vlogs, the pub vlogs will be interesting. I’d love to see a narrowboat travel on Ontario’s water ways but I think it would need a modified hull, if I was younger, I’d have one built.

I think the pub reviews is a good idea I've often thought why you didn't show the pub's you often mentioned looking forward to then.. good content.

Thanks Richard. It can be quite difficult walking in to a pub with a camera as some people don't want to be filmed. I shall have to develop a plan on how to do it. Just counting down the days to get it g craned back in to the water. Thanks for watching. Del and the hounds 🙂

Thanks Graham. Will do a little vid on the van channel about what happened as I didn't vlog after the accident and breaking my foot as vlogging was the least of my concerns. Will be back in the water on the 7th March. Let the good times roll 🤪🍻

Hi Del, and hounds. Are you okay after the accident, the boys weren't injured were they? Hope all is okay, when are you doing a vlog about it? Great ideas for 2022.
