232cc Engine Build (GY6 4 valve / Yamaha Hybrid - 30 HP)

This video will show you the build process of our ProBld 232cc four valve 30 horse power hybrid GY6 engine. This is a wild motor! It has a 4 Valve Yamaha Zuma cylinder head, and a GY6 bottom end cylinder, crank case and crankshaft. This engine showcases most of our top of the line ProBld parts, as well as the Revenue clutch set up. This motor will fit a modified Honda Ruckus, Vento style scooters / Vittaci Rocket and buggy scooters.Stay tuned to see how fast this GY6 will be.

Would turbocharging it make a difference in power, or will it die after 3000 km? I am assuming that since these engines have pretty much the same RPM all the time thanks to the CVT attaced to them, a turbo lag wont be noticeable

Hello, i know this isnt the video regarding on how to find the gy6 engine code, but u did not mention that there is a 163mk engine, my atv has that exact engine and from what i found its preety hard to find parts, also its the short block since my atv has 10 inch wheels

Sealant because it will leak eventually. Freezer so it makes a easy install

It must be over 100psi to start. You have low compression. Check the valve adjustment

Thinking of drilling a hole out in rear frame and pouring molten led down the right side of frame till it balances out

@@RollingWrench I found my answer that had me questioning it. The only time the arrow goes up is if intake is specified and arrow points to it. Some BBK are that way. If not specified then arrow goes toward exhaust. I learnt sumthin. Thanks!
