WARM - UP
5 x 35 sec with 5 sec rest

FULL BODY + WEIGHTS
10 x 50 sec with 10 sec rest
-- 30 sec rest --
ABS
10 x 30 sec, no rest
-- 30 sec rest --
CARDIO
10 x 40 sec, no rest
-- 30 sec rest --
COOLDOWN
3 x 30 sec

Yeah I feel like this is backwards . Like you do no weight stuff first to warm up then do weight stuff the routine is reversed
