► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band as well

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 4 AMRAP Circuits (2 moves per circuit)
✔️ Rep Count for 3 Minute AMRAP (Perform 8-10 reps of each exercise “AMRAP” - as many rounds as possible - in 3 minutes)
✔️ Rest For 1 Minute Between AMRAP Circuits
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Banded Goblet Squats - 10 Reps
2. Band Deadlift + Clean Squat - 10 Reps
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Push Ups - 8 Reps
2. Single Arm Row - 8 Reps Per Arm
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Banded Lateral Shuffles - 10 Reps
2. Banded Donkey Kick - 10 Reps Per Leg
4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
1. Reverse Lunge + Single Arm Press - 8 Reps Per Side
2. Glute Bridge Skull Crushers - 8 Reps
🔥 BURNOUT (ONE MINUTE):
1. 8 Mountain Climbers
2. 8 Second Side Plank Hold
