It's YOU versus YOU in this quick + dirty 25-Minute Full Body AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) WORKOUT!
AMRAPs are such a fun way to measure progress - I highly recommend making a note of how many rounds you get through today, then coming back and trying it again in a few weeks and seeing if you can beat your own record! 🔥

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band as well

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 4 AMRAP Circuits (2 moves per circuit)
✔️ Rep Count for 3 Minute AMRAP (Perform 8-10 reps of each exercise “AMRAP” - as many rounds as possible - in 3 minutes)
✔️ Rest For 1 Minute Between AMRAP Circuits
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Banded Goblet Squats - 10 Reps
2. Band Deadlift + Clean Squat - 10 Reps
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Push Ups - 8 Reps
2. Single Arm Row - 8 Reps Per Arm
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Banded Lateral Shuffles - 10 Reps
2. Banded Donkey Kick - 10 Reps Per Leg
4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
1. Reverse Lunge + Single Arm Press - 8 Reps Per Side
2. Glute Bridge Skull Crushers - 8 Reps

I did not want to show up for me today, I have a crying teething 8mo, and a 2 year old who just cries. I sat in my garage for 30 minutes during naps before I pushed play. I finished and am so proud of myself! I got 1% better today.

I started doing nml workouts with my eight pounds as my most heavy weight. Two years later I am now using my new 15 pound dumbbells! It is always exciting to find out that you can get stronger.

Here is my full-body plan that I love! You can do how many time through the week as you want. Remember to take at least 2 days off to recover once a week. Squat Deadlift Pull ups Rows Chest press Shoulder press Lateral raise Leg raise Calve raises Use a barbell for everything apart from shoulders and calves. Do between 8-10 reps 4-5 sets the first one with no weight and increase weight each set. This workout should take just over an hour. Try to take minimum rest to make it difficult.

Did this workout this morning :D I'm working up to working out multiple days a week, but for now have been trying to stay consistent with one solid weight/strength workout a week. Was recommend to you guys from my supervisor at the hospital I work at. NML has been the only channel I can rely on for a thorough workout that trains with such variety, enough challenge, plenty of holy bananas and positivity, multiple muscle groups and so much fun! I truly look forward to doing any workout on this channel and trust it will be at my level every time. Love you guys!

I went on about a 1.5 mile hike before this workout. (Gotta get the doggo a good walk in before it gets hot). This was perfect after a small hike. I love the format. I broke a booty band in the process 😂 but I had two more on hand and made it 🎉🎉 I love the 20 to 25 minute workouts. I am dripping sweat.
