I just started round 2 of this program and increased my weights to 25 ibs! I am 30 weeks pregnant and every time I complete one of your workouts I feel like I am that much more capable of a natural, unmedicated labor and delivery! Keep it coming!

This was tough! 10 seconds rest?!? Yikes! I am a sweaty mess but I feel amazing! The Bulgarians with a press were definitely the most challenging for me today. Launcher push ups are always fun. I really love pushups and incorporating fun mobility moves in between them help me to be able to do them for a longer period of time. Thanks Lindsay and Rachel!

I woke up at 5:50 so I could get this workout in before a full 10 hour work day and I did it despite not feeling great (thank you chronic illness) and being exceptionally tired. I'll feel proud once I'm not so tired 🔥 thanks for helping me start the day off strong, proud, and tired

I remember last time we did this my thought was "I hate these 10 seconds rest" and I constantly had to pause. Well I still hate the 10 second rests, but the pauses have lessened and I don't feel as out of breath this time around!

This was an awesome one, girlfriends! I'm in early perimenopause and it's brutal. God led me to your workouts and I'm so thankful for this blessing. Just LOVE it! All NML is so Effective as a mom of 3. I have stuck with NML since January starting the Strong in 20 program. I love being so consistent and feeling stronger and more confident! Than you Lindsay and the entire NML team!

Yes! Huffing and puffing but liked it. I did this with a 10 min abs that I missed. Can't wait for the next one.👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾

I’ve done the 20 strong program over and over again, I decided to subscribe then, if I hadn’t I wouldn’t had known of this program. I’m so glad I did! By adding that core at the end it’s just FIRE! Exactly what I needed! Thanks ladies!
